How long until my points show up?
It depends on the offer. Points are added when the advertiser confirms you finished, which can be minutes for some offers and days for others. Each offer explains what counts as finished.

Can points be taken back?
Yes. If an advertiser reverses a completion, for example because the offer's rules weren't followed, the points for that offer come off your balance. You'll see it in your history.
Why doesn't it work with my VPN?
The offer wall runs device checks to stop fake accounts. VPNs, emulators, and one person running several accounts get blocked, so advertisers keep paying for real completions. Turn the VPN off and use your own device.
